Return Eligibility

We will gladly accept returns if:

• The item is unused and unworn
• The product is in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The purchase receipt is provided
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Refund & Exchange Process

• Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will be carefully inspected. After verification:
• An exchange will be processed, OR
• A refund in the form of a promo code will be issued, which can be used for your next purchase.

Please note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If an incorrect product, size, or color was delivered by us, the delivery charges will be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are required to send return parcels via a reliable courier service to our address:

If the reverse pickup is arranged by Fareedshop.pk, the complete process may take up to 20 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
